Food is always good. Sometimes hours are inaccurate though so call before you come to make sure it's open. Everything we've ordered we've loved. It's our go to soul food place.

Be prepared to wait. 45 mins - 1 hour Food is expensive. Food is really good. I left and ran an errand. The lady said she would call me when my food was ready- she forgot. Nut when I got there, thwy dropped my fish again- and I had to wait, longer. Food was worth the wait though.
The ribs were tender and the sauce was good. I can tell that they were oven baked with smoked flavor added. No discredit to the restaurant. I enjoyed my meal. I was just expecting charcoal grilled. I would order them again. The sides and pound cake are very good. Give them a try.
10x is better! I had the fried catfish. It was fried and seasoned to perfection. The mac n cheese was creamy, cheesy and flavorful. I also had a side of candied yams. I crumbled my cornbread muffin in my yams. Mmmm everything I ate was delicious! The food is cooked to order and that makes it NICE and HOT. My mom had a taste for chitterlings and that's what she ordered. I tasted them and they were delicious and I usually don't eat chitt-lins. The peach cobbler...yummy, goodness with the right amount of crunchy dough and syrupy peach juice. That's the way I like it! You can expect a very clean restaurant. Cleanliness is next to Godliness. I like that.
